About Us

To erect churches, chapels, house, hospitals, dispensaries and other charitable institutions or construction whatsoever to further the purposes of the Society and to maintain, alter, demolish or reconstruct the same or any portion or potions there of.

OBJECTIVES

The object or purpose for which the Society is established are the following and it declared that the several sub-clauses of this clause and all the powers mentioned in it are to be cumulative and in no case is the generality of one sub-clause to be narrowed or restricted by any particularity of any other sub-clause or will any general expression in any sub clause be narrowed or restricted by any particularity of expression on the same sub clause or the application of any rule of construction “ejusdem generis” or otherwise.

To the same extent persons might or could do, to acquire by purchase, lease, gift, grant, legacy, bequest, exchange or otherwise from any person, company, government or institution whatsoever and to hold all or part of the movable or immovable properties, easements, rights of common now or hereafter vested in. or in the possession of any person of body and used or devoted for and or to any purpose of the said Society or to any charitable, educational, cultural social, moral religion or other purpose whatsoever in connection mentioned mutated in any court or office( Civil, criminal, revenue, municipal a state etc.)

Other Objectives are:

To have perpetual succession under its registered name.
To perform works of charity spiritual and corporal.
To do all the things necessary for the education of youth, the science and the general diffusion of social, moral, religion and secular knowledge.
To provide and or administer churches, chapels, school, hostel, hospital, dispensaries and other religion educational and charitable institutions in India.
To make by laws not inconsistent with law or with the Society’s charter for the proper administration of the Society and all its institutions.
To maintain deal with and manage the said movable and immovable properties of all descriptions of the Society.
To enter into arrangements with any Government or Authority whether Supreme, state, District, municipal or local otherwise that may seem to be conductive to the objects of the Society or to any of them and to obtain from any Government or Authority such rights, concessions and privileges as the Society may think desirable and to obtain carry out exercise and comply with any such arrangement, rights, privileges and concession.
To maintain deal with and manage the said movable and immovable properties of all descriptions of the Society.

Vision

To establish promote or assist in establishing or promoting and to subscribe to or become a member of any other Society whose objects are similar to the objects of the Society?To administer or manage local funds of the Society directly and to administer, manage or control religious institutions, establishment’s organisation of the Society. To borrow or raise money for corporate purpose with or without securities, as the Society from time to time shall think fit. To apply the money and properties of the Society generally for the support and maintenance of the Society and for religion charitable and educational purposes.To do or cause to be done all such other lawful things as are not contrary to the spirit and principles of the canon law of the Catholic Church, which are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above objects.

Vision

To take such steps by personal or written appeal public meetings or otherwise as may from time to time be deemed expenditure for the purpose of procuring contributions to the funds of Society or to the funds in which the Society is interested in the shape of donations, annual subscription or otherwise.
